la función sexual, un buen perfil endocrino-
metabólico, sin ganancia ponderal, con po-
cos o ningún efecto indeseable a nivel car-
diovascular, sin apenas o menores síntomas
de discontinuación y útiles en situaciones de
comorbilidad con enfermedades médicas ya
que presentan escasas interacciones farma-
cológicas, siendo fácilmente combinables y
por tanto útiles en pacientes polimedicados.
Todo ello redunda en la mejoría de la calidad
de vida y funcionalidad de los pacientes an-
cianos en tratamiento por depresión.
